📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information
All orders are made and packaged with care. Because many items are custom-printed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (USA):
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Tracking included on all orders
We currently ship only within the U.S.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
Missing or Delayed Packages
We’re here to help — email us anytime.
However, once a package is scanned by the carrier, delays or loss fall under the carrier’s responsibility. We will always assist in filing claims and tracking issues.
🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Because many of our items are custom-made, all sales are final.
If you receive an item with a defect or error, we will happily replace it at no cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for size or color, so please refer to the size chart before ordering.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

We do not sell, share, or trade your information with third parties.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

By placing an order with Honeybee & Co., you agree to our shop policies, including processing times, shipping expectations, and return conditions. Custom items begin production immediately and cannot be canceled once submitted.
